Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express or Wire Transfer are acceptable means of payment. Terms will be granted upon credit approval. Note: A $20 NSF fee will be charged on returned checks.

Our minimum order is $100. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped FOB from our Hampton, VA warehouse. Freight charges will apply based on weight and destination of shipment. Larger orders will be shipped by the most cost efficient means. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us directly.

RETURNS
All return/refund requests must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must also be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.  Items damaged while in stock do not qualify as damages.
